At about nine o'clock in the morning on May 17, 2019, the executive board judge of Shenyang Intermediate People's Court of Liaoning Province led the judicial polices to a factory in Tiexi district of Shenyang to take enforcement measures against the industrial gas storage tank. The industrial gas storage tanks leased and installed in the factory area were dismantled and removed by our customers from the site. Large cranes and several dismantling and transporting professionals were put into the site. After nearly three hours of intensive operations, the subject matter was finally successfully dismantled and taken away, thus safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of our client.

      The application for enforcement of an effective arbitration award was filed with Shenyang Intermediate People's Court of Liaoning Province in November 2017. In the enforcement procedure, the subject matter of the enforcement was finally identified and enforcement measures were taken in accordance with legal procedures through our representation and by the orders of review of execution made by the two levels of people’s court, the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court and Liaoning Higher People's Court.
