Represented Taipei-based Fubon Bank, Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank and other financial institutes and their branches in the mainland, China in litigations and non-litigation issues, and represented our clients in the recognition and enforcement of valid Taiwan court judgments in the mainland, China; Represented a number of Taiwanese banks in the litigations against foreign-invested enterprises and other borrowers in the mainland China, and in the application for enforcement of valid judgments. Conducted due diligence for a debt collection under a syndicated loan between a number of banks and a certain enterprise listed at the HK stock-exchange, providing detailed and objective opinions. Represented a Taiwanese bank in the international factoring dispute regarding accounts receivable, and resolved the difficult issues pertaining to the laws and international factoring business across the strait, and actively defended the legitimate claims of the factoring bank.
