Served as the perennial legal counsel of several wind turbine blade companies established in China by a foreign capital (listed company), provided comprehensive legal advisory services for the company's equity transfer, disposal of major assets, risk control of business transaction and other business affairs, as well as the daily management of employees involved in the operation, industrial injury disputes, integrity management, employee transfer, retirement rehiring, dismissal, economic layoffs, competition restrictions, trade secret protection and other labor and employment issues；
2. Served as the perennial legal counsel of a high-tech enterprise engaging in the business of research and development, sales of car chassis and parts, provided full legal counsel services, contract design/drafting/revision, legal risk warning and avoiding services for the enterprise in its investment and financing business, employee equity incentive/buyback legal affairs, non competition, intellectual property protection, employment and other daily management legal affairs, to protect the long term development of the enterprise;

1. Provided defense services at different stages for suspects/defendants in criminal cases such as duty embezzlement, bribery of non-state personnel, fraud of export tax refund, illegal absorption of public deposits, fraud, sales of counterfeit registered trademarks, casino opening, and illegal business operation;
2. In the case of illegal possession of company property by a company's employee colluded with a supplier, collected evidence for the company, sued on behalf of the company, and negotiated with the employee and the supplier and recovered all economic losses for the company；
